To get started you will need to email the below information to support@planaji.com

Step-by-Step Guide

1 Your Company Name

What is your company name

2 Your NDIS registered number (if you are a Plan Manager)
3 Your ABN
4 Bank account details for the billing invoices

Account Name

BSB

Account Number

5 Company logo
6 Company colour palette
7 Quick book name if you are using QuickBooks
8 Website address
9 Notes you want added at the bottom of the Invoice
Notes you want added at the bottom of the Invoice
10 Notes you want added at the bottom of the statements sent to the Participants
Notes you want added at the bottom of the statements sent to the Participants
11 Read and agree to the Planaji Privacy Policy
12 Read and agree to the Planaji Terms of Use
13 Obtain and sign the Zithera Software License Agreement and then get the login details to the system
14 First setup your participant details. See the Participant articles o h n ow to add/edit/view and delete participants

15 Then enter the Contact details of the Participants if they have any

16 Enter all your service providers

17 Enter all your Support Coordinators (if you h ave any)
