Adding a Nominee/Contact

Nominees are appointed by the Participant to act on their behalf in their plan. Planaji uses Nominees or Contacts interchangeably as these mean the same things but are referred to differently by different providers

Follow these steps to add a Nominee (or Contact) in Planaji

Step-by-Step Guide

1 Nominees tab

After you have successfully logged into Planaji using or email and password, then click the Nominees (or Contacts) tab. See logging inĀ log in

2 Nominee List

This page shows all the Nominee you have currently in the system

3 Add Nominee

Click the Add Nominee (or Add Contact) on the top right to open the below screen

4 Add details

Fill in all the details in the this screen and then click Save

Add details
5 Record added

You will be redirected back to the summary screen where your newly added record will be visible

6 Done
