How to view the archive of all monthly statements you’ve emailed to Participants, including the PDF attachments that were actually sent.
Step-by-Step Guide
1 Log in & open the tab
Sign in to Planaji (email + password) and click the Statement History tab.
2 See sent statements
The page lists every monthly statement you’ve previously emailed to Participants. (Refer to the “Email Monthly Statement to Participant” article for details on sending.)
3 View PDF attachments
In the Attachment column you can open the exact PDF files that were sent, stored for historical reference.
4 Finish
You’ve now accessed the full statement history; you can use related articles for further actions (e.g., bulk emailing or generating new statements).
