The Planaji dashboard offers a single‑screen overview of your Plan Management and Support Coordination business. It aggregates key metrics such as the number of participants, service providers, and invoices so you can monitor performance at a glance.

Step-by-Step Guide

1 Log in to your Planaji account with your credentials
2 Click the “Dashboard” tab in the main navigation bar if not already there
3 The dashboard loads and displays the main sections:

• Participants – shows the total count and quick links to the participants list.

• Service Providers – displays the number of active providers and any pending approvals.

• Invoices – lists outstanding, paid, and overdue invoices with quick‑action buttons.

4 Hover over or click any of the widgets to drill down into detailed reports or to perform related actions (e.g., view a participant’s profile, approve a provider, or generate an invoice).
5 Use the filter or search controls (if available) to narrow the data to a specific date range, provider, or participant group.
6 To return to the full list of participants, providers, or invoices, click the corresponding “View All” or “Details” link that appears within each widget.
