Logging in the Planaji Dashboard as a Support Coordinator
Step-by-Step Guide
1 Login
After you have successfully logged into Planaji using or email and password then you will land on the Dashboard
2 Tabs
Along the left hand menu you will see the Dashboard, Clients, Invoices and Invoice Approval History
3 Dashboard
The Dashboard shows you the count of clients you have access to as below
4 Participants/Client Tab
The Participant/Client tab has the list of clients you have access to
5 Participant Details
Click on the Participant Name to open the Plan directly. This is a quick way to get to the Participants plan if you wish
6 Participant View
Otherwise click on the Participant and then click the "View" button to open the details about that Participant
7 Plan Details
Click on the NDIS Plans tab to see the plan details
8 Budget Details
Click View to open the budget details. Please note you can get to this screen by clicking on the Participant name directly from the participants list
9 Invoices Tab
The invoices tab shows all the invoices added for the clients you have access to
10 Invoices History Tab - NB: THIS WILL ONLY SHOW IF ITS ENABLE ON THE ACCOUNT
The Invoice Approval History tab shows all the invoices thats approved by the Participant or Nominee
11 Statements
The Statements tab shows all the statements thats available for the Participant. You can click on a statement period and view that statement.
12 Statements History
The Statements History tab shows all the statements thats been sent to the Participant/Nominee in the past
